Under current law Ukraine installation, commissioning and the subsequent use of any humidity sensors (both single and combined) , using the principle of measuring or reaction to change permittivity controlled environment at the objects, subject to the said patent, MAY NOT without patent owners.

The patent came into force on 15.01.2007y.
